There’s no specific treatment for Zika virus. If you test positive, you’ll need to wait the full recommended period before trying to conceive: 2 months for women, 3 months for men. The £200 test tells you whether you need to wait, but it doesn’t shorten the waiting period if you’re infected. Your GP can monitor you and provide advice about pregnancy planning.
