It depends who travelled. If you both went to the same Zika area together, testing both of you (£200 each, £400 total) gives complete information. If only one partner travelled, test that person. Male partners of pregnant women should definitely test if they’ve been to Zika areas within 3 months, as the virus survives in semen longer than in female reproductive systems.
